A Blacksmith's Daily Ascent
Description
The job of a blacksmith is not easy, especially when you're in charge of such a big and successful forge as yours. But with success comes more responsibility and more work, and with the increasing number of customers, the size of the forge has escalated and become a nightmare to navigate. You'll have to move faster for the customers' sake.
Try to get to the top of the forge to retrieve your customer's order as fast as possible using your special gadgets in this short, Jump-King-inspired (and hopefully rage-inducing) platformer
I would recommend playing on full screen since some jumps and objects can be harder to spot otherwise. Make sure to write your best times in the comments!
The controls are simple but good to know
WASD/Arrow keys to move
1 to activate the bellow gadget
2 to activate the umbrella gadget
3 to activate the climbing gadget
E to toggle climbing on/off
Escape to go to the pause menu
This game was made for the Godot Wild Jam #68
This is the second game I've ever made and the second game jam I've participated in, with no background in coding or art/animation. Feel free to be critical and give me some tips for my future projects :D
